How do I navigate around the website?

It’s easy to find what you want here at Amelgo.co.uk. All information about our products and ourselves can be found through the links or the dropdown menus at the top of our pages. Simply roll your mouse over a product range (e.g. ‘Perfume’) and click on the item from the menu that appears (e.g. Men’s/Ladies).

You can also use our ‘Search’ option for key words or descriptions using the text field at the top of our page, just underneath our navigation bar. It has a magnifying glass next to it so either click the ‘return’ button on your keyboard, or click on the magnifying glass to begin searching our website for the text you’re after.

How do I subscribe to your mail list?

In order to subscribe to our mailing list for monthly updates, offers and recommendations, please click the large subscribe button towards the bottom of the page. Please note, you do not need an account to subscribe to our mailing list.

How do I create an account?

There are many benefits in having an account with Amelgo, the main one being your order history. The ‘Order History’ tab allows you to view all purchases made within the last 6 months and so, you can keep track of what you have purchased or ask our customer service and sales teams on recommendations when trying to make a new purchase.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

Here at Amelgo, we accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. This can either be done online, or via telephone however we do not have an option to pay via cheque or bank transfer.

We are confident that you will be delighted with our products and so; we offer a 14-day no-quibble money-back guarantee, providing the item is in a sellable condition.

Delivery

Hermes is a convenient delivery service that attempts to deliver your parcel on three separate occasions before returning the parcel back to us. We also accept the option of leaving a parcel in a safe place in the unlikely chance that you are not available when our couriers attempt to deliver.
